Yes. This course is about various practical details of using Generative AI and associated tools. We cover its standard applications spanning text, images, audio, video, brainstorming, ideation, prompting, documents, vibe-coding, deep research, therapy and companionship (with strict guardrails), and much more. Most major LLMs are introduced.

Our focus is learning about GenAI applications. To do that, you need to use LLMs.
Hence, we’ll take a first look at the various (a) frontier models, (b) Chinese models, (c) Open-Source models, and (d) Small edge models.
We’ll learn all about Google AI solutions including Nano Banana Pro and NotebookLM.
Don’t get spooked by the heavy-sounding terms. We will simplify it for you in the course ?. The idea is to remove fear from your mind and set a roadmap.

We cover standard applications spanning text, images, audio, video, brainstorming, ideation, prompting, documents, vibe-coding, deep research, therapy and companionship (with strict guardrails), and much more. We do not delve deep into the technical aspects, but focus on general application aspects.

No prior technical knowledge needed for this course. Students can be from any academic or social or work backgrounds, as mentioned above. As you move ahead in life armed with this knowledge, you may want to dive deeper into the technical aspects later. This course has a practical focus.
